How to set up a Campaign Stage condition
Divi Countdown Extended hooks into Divi 5 native Display Conditions engine. You do not need shortcodes or custom code: pick any module, select your campaign, and check the stages.
Step 01
Open the conditions
Advanced tab, Conditions, add a condition. Works on any section, row or module.

Step 02
Pick the campaign
Choose Campaign Stage, then a campaign (or "Any live campaign"), then Is or Is Not.

Cache-Safe Mode on or off
Traditional display conditions fail on cached pages because PHP never executes on cached hits. Divi Countdown Extended provides dual-mode evaluation to guarantee accurate visibility.
Server-Side Gating
Off (the default)
Decided on the server when the page is built. Hidden content never reaches the browser. On a cached site, the plugin clears the cache at each stage change; a cache it cannot reach shows the previous stage until the page is rebuilt.
- HTML is completely stripped from page source
- Safe for confidential content and private promotions
- Requires cache invalidation when stage boundaries change
Best practice: no extra cache setup is needed, since the plugin already clears the page cache at stage boundaries.
Browser-Side Display
On
The module is sent to every visitor and the browser shows or hides it at each stage change, so a cached page stays right. Anyone can read the hidden content in the page source, so never gate a price, a private coupon, or anything a visitor should not see.

Important: Never gate sensitive or private content with Cache-Safe Mode since the HTML exists in DOM source.
Browser-Side Display
Evergreen campaigns
Always decided in the browser, from each visitor's first visit, since the server cannot know when that was. The same page-source warning applies.
Combine the stage with Divi's other conditions
